Shipping
All prints and artworks are custom made to order.
Processing Time
Please allow 2-3 working days for your artwork to be produced before dispatch.
UK Delivery
UK delivery typically takes 2–5 working days once dispatched. Please note that delivery times may vary during busy periods.
You will receive confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
Europe & the Rest of the World
We can deliver to all parts of Europe and beyond. Time in transit and shipping costs will vary depending on location.

Returns
Custom Made Prints
All prints are custom made to order especially for you. Under UK consumer law, personalised or made-to-order goods are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation period.
For this reason, prints are non-refundable and non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
Damaged or Faulty Items
We take great care to ensure your artwork arrives in perfect condition. However, if your order arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact soulofalba@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the damage, including the packaging
Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement where appropriate.
Framed Artwork, Commissions & Limited Editions
Framed pieces, commissioned works, and Limited Editions are also made to order and are non-refundable.
