Returns and Refunds
At Soul of Alba, every artwork is printed to order especially for you. Because of this. we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
• Your order number
• A clear photo of the issue
• A photo of the packaging if applicable
Once we review the issue, we will arrange either a replacement or a refund at no additional cost to you.
Lost Packages
If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we will investigate with the shipping carrier. If the package cannot be located, we will arrange a replacement where appropriate.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require an additional shipping fee to be resent.
Order Changes or Cancellations
Because orders go into production quickly, we can only accept cancellations or changes within 2 hours of placing your order.
