The story behind the photograph
Known affectionately as the Squinty Bridge, the Clyde Arc brings a distinctive curve to Glasgow’s waterfront. Its contemporary design reflects the city’s evolving skyline and enduring connection to the river.
In processing this photograph, I used a warm, sepia-inspired palette to soften the bridge’s modern lines and enhance the riverside atmosphere. The composition balances architecture, water and textured sky, drawing the eye along the arc and across the Clyde.
